Are you suffering from common eye problems like nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, cataracts, glaucoma, red eyes, or styes? In this post, we’ll share with you a simple and easy-to-do regimen to help support your eyes using the Dien Chan method.
Master Bui Minh Tam, the eldest son of the inventor of the Dien Chan method, Professor Bui Quoc Chau, demonstrates the protocol in this video. Here’s a step-by-step guide to the protocol:
Step 1: Use an acupoint probe with two ends, a large end and a small end, to line the acupoints around the eye. Start with acupoint 34, which is located at the highest point of the frown muscle. Next, find acupoint 102 by taking the outer tangent of the iris of the eye to intersect the eyebrow. Then, locate acupoint 100 at the end of the eyebrow tail and acupoint 130 on the outside of the tail of the eye, extending to intersect with the orbital bone. Finally, find acupoint 59 symmetrically with acupoint 100 below. Line each acupoint 5-10 times, using moderate force.
Step 2: Use a small hammer with a rubber end to gently tap each acupoint 5-10 times.
Step 3: Use a rolling tool with two ends, one with a metal nail and the other with a spiky ball, to roll vertically on each acupoint. Do not roll horizontally, as this can lower blood pressure. For the puffy part, roll horizontally. Repeat on the symmetrical side.
Step 4: Use a large rake, normally used for combing hair, to scratch the eyes from above the eyebrows pulling upwards, i.e. rake in the centrifugal direction. Take the eye as the center and imagine and draw the sun rays. Only scratch the eye bags horizontally. Repeat on the symmetrical side.
Step 5: Paste salonpas on the acupoints to maintain the effect. Paste more points to create a larger sign (>) for better effect.
By following this simple regimen, you can improve your eye health and vision. Do it every day, 2-3 times a day, and don’t roll too hard. Enjoy the feeling of warmth and comfort that salonpas paste provides. Give priority to the area around the eyes, as it helps to brighten them.
We hope this Dien Chan protocol for eyes helps you support your eye health and vision.
